This was my sweet class of the best tasters! They tasted so many new and exciting recipes such as, black beans in a Mexican tostada, béchamel sauce with pasta and veg, Italian zabaglione, and garlic and herb Israeli couscous. Their favorite recipe was unanimous, a
super simple grilled pineapple with honey yogurt drizzle. We had so much fun learning where our food comes from, the basics of good nutrition, all about composting, and simple techniques for food safety! New friendships were made and parting was such sweet sorrow. I sent them home a little more enlightened and full of wonderful recipes that they can make and share at home.
