Spring Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:

1 lb ground turkey

1/2 c Italian bread crumbs

1 TBS minced garlic

I small zucchini chopped

1 small yellow onion finely chopped

1/4 parmesan cheese

Hamburger buns of your choice. I would recommend wheat or brioche style.

Procedure:

Prepare garlic, zucchini, and onion.

In a large bowl mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, cheese, vegetables, and garlic. Mix well– hands are great here so dig in!

Score meat to make patties into 4 quadrants. Make patties.

Add one tbsp oil to frying pan, add patties to pan and fry on med heat for 5-6 min on each side.
